Your Deliverables
Upon full payment for services (Custom Development, Audits), IP rights for the developed code and model weights are transferred to the Client as defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
3. Use of Services
You agree not to use our services for:
- Reverse engineering our proprietary agentic frameworks.
- Deploying AI models for malicious, illegal, or unethical purposes.
- Automated scraping of our website content without API authorization.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on this website are provided "as is". Vision Logic Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content. AI models are probabilistic by nature; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in model outputs.
5. Limitation of Liability
